Frittata
Country ham or bacon, green onion, artichoke hearts, and Swiss or cheddar cheese, mushroom, tomato and spinach with Swiss or Jack cheese.
Baked French Toast
Thick slices of French bread baked in an egg, cream and cinnamon batter then dusted with powdered sugar and served with maple syrup.
Pecan Praline French Toast
One of our specialties! Thick slices of French bread baked in an egg, cream and cinnamon batter with a pecan praline topping then dusted with powdered sugar and served with maple syrup and warm berry compote.

Breakfast and Brunch Stations
Breakfast Burritos
Eggs scrambled with choice of beef, chicken or vegetables and wrapped in warm flour tortillas with cheese, salsa fresca, guacamole, and sour cream.
Huevos Rancheros
Soft corn tortillas smothered in green chile sauce topped with homemade refried beans, egg, cheddar cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa fresca.
Omelet Bar
Guests select their own omelet ingredients: grated cheese, ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes, black olives and peppers.  Served with hollandaise sauce.
Eggs Benedict Bar
Toasted English muffin topped with Canadian bacon and a poached egg, crowned with a creamy hollandaise sauce.
Seafood Station
Jumbo shrimp served on ice with fresh lemon wedges and cocktail sauce and smoked salmon with bagels, cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, dill, red onions and capers.
Seafood Martini Station
Choose from array of condiments including: shrimp, crab, diced onions, jalapenos, olives, capers, avocado, celery, crumbled feta cheese, cucumbers, radishes, horseradish, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. The selection is "shaken" with cocktail sauce and served in a martini glass garnished with oyster crackers and celery sticks.
Bloody Mary Station
Choose from array of condiments including: Tabasco, horseradish, Clamato, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, olives, celery, green onion sticks and marinated vegetables.  Served in traditional glassware with garnished with succulent shrimp. (Liquor provided by client)
Pancake or French Toast Station
Pancakes or our specialty pecan praline French toast with choice of bacon or sausage.  Served with butter, warm syrups, warm berry compote and whipped cream.
Carving Station
Choice of seasoned Baron of beef, roast turkey or marinated pork loin.  Served with rosemary roasted potatoes and petite croissants with butter and assorted condiments.
Melted Brie Crepe Station
Crepes cooked to order and filled with brie, then garnished with fresh berries.  Served with fresh fruit compote, bacon and sausage.
Savory Crepe Station
Crepes cooked to order and filled with choice of asparagus, broccoli, sauteed mushrooms, chicken or seafood.  Served with a creamy fontina cheese sauce.
Dessert Crepe Station
Crepes cooked to order and filled with choice of ice cream, whipped cream, hot fudge and a variety of fresh fruits
