A beautiful array of breakfast and dessert crepes with a variety of delicious fillings ranging from eggs and mushrooms to peaches and berries. With such an assortment, each guest will surely find at least a couple flavors to please their palate. |
Mongolian Barbecue Station
Delicious stir fry with choice of shrimp, chicken, or beef, udon noodles, peanuts and a variety of fresh vegetables, prepared with fresh ginger, soy and teriyaki and served with sweet and sour sauce and a spicy peanut sauce. |
North Beach Station
Featuring Black Forest Ham and Parmesan Palmiers, Tortellini Skewers, Fusilli Pasta, and Asiago Chicken Penne Pasta. |
Pasta Station
Penne Pasta with guests choice of marinara or Alfredo sauce and grilled chicken. |

Jumbo Shrimp Station
Grilled shrimp served with two dipping sauces: sesame soy and chile lime aioli or large shrimp served on ice with cocktail sauce and fresh lemon wedges with side of smoked salmon, dill creme fraisch, capers, red onion, lemons, and breads and crackers. |
